Return & Refund Policy

Our courses are digital online services. Because there is no physical product, this policy explains when a paid course fee can be refunded. It applies to online payments made through our payment gateway, PayFast.
Free courses
Free courses carry no fee, so there is nothing to refund.
Paid courses — 7-day refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course and have not been issued a certificate of completion. This gives you time to make sure the course is right for you.
When a refund is not available
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase; or
- You have completed 25% or more of the course; or
- A certificate of completion has already been issued.
Enrolment and access are personal and non-transferable, so fees cannot be exchanged between courses or accounts once access has been substantially used.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you were charged more than once for the same enrolment, or charged in error, we will refund the incorrect amount in full — the 7-day/25% conditions do not apply to billing errors.
How to request a refund
Email info@linuxacademy.pk from your account email address with your enrolment reference number and the reason for the request. You can also reach us on WhatsApp at +92-328-8675595.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via PayFast, typically within 7–10 business days of approval. The time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or wallet provider.
